@lavernecox : #fbf #bts of my photo shoot for the current issue of @instylemagazine. This entryway was so opulent, the acoustics so good, the dress by @csiriano so glamorous I had to bust out a little opera, with a little high C6 thrown in at the end for good measure. Wouldn't you? ........... This is how I totally dork out, like I am still just an art school kid who was bullied, who was really feminine, who loved to read, who studied classical #ballet, loved #opera and #art. Now I get to be that same artsy kid but now occasionally in couture for high fashion magazines. There are still bullies, and trolls and the like. But what a blessing that I still get to be me and live the life I dreamed of. Thank you to all the people in my life who make that possible. There are so many of you. But special shout out to my manager @paulhilepo who holds it all together, who 11 years ago saw something in me that I didnt quite see in myself. Paul, you are the very best. I wouldn't be here without you. I love you! I love all of you who love and support this dorky art school kid who has a touch of fabulosity. #TransIsBeautiful
