For starters, “gay” is not a putdown!!!! I associate “gay” with “free,” “courageous,” “strong,” & “cool,” so even though I identify as heterosexual, I’ll take the gay remarks as compliments, and I’ll wear them proudly! 🌈💪❤️ . . If you have people coming at you with negativity online, know that haters are really just misguided fans. Why else would they take the time to consume your content and feel compelled to engage with it? Be strong, and know that you’re on the right path if you’re attracting haters and making them uncomfortable with your message since growth and progress comes from discomfort.
