@lavernecox : In 1966 Ms. Price received the honor of opening the new Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center. She sang Cleopatra in the world premiere of Samuel Barber's Antony and Cleopatra. This is a clip from the film "The Opera House" which documents the ups and downs of opening Lincoln Center in 1966. Ms. Price was interviewed here just shy of her 90th birthday. This just gives me chills hearing that voice acapella at almost 90 years old juxtaposed with her sound in the opera house opening night at the new @metopera in 1966, 50 years earlier. Ok.
