I want to wholeheartedly thank everyone @preventionmag for giving me the opportunity to share some of my experience dealing with #anxiety & #panicattacks. I’m not afraid of any stigma because I own it, I live it & honesty, thrive in it. You’re not alone. Spoiler alert, the answer is simply talking about it. We don’t need to suffer in silence anymore. Fun dressing up for Easter (home) family mass this morning. Especially grateful for our blessings this Easter & praying for all those impacted lately. Also thankful for our Catholic parish St. Mary’s & Father Bob & clergy for providing services & leading our community through this crazy time. Happy Easter to you all! Goldie Patricia is home! My step dad, my hero in life, wore this gold watch everyday. I’m wearing it now in honor of him & the safe homecoming of GoGo. Siri & our family thank you all so much for the overwhelming well wishes & prayers for the medical staff at hospitals everywhere & all those affected. We are with them & appreciate their tireless work during this crazy time. No hashtag has meant more to us right now than #FamilyFirst. ❤️

That’s us!) along with proud siblings Jackson James (11) Etta Jones (7) and London Rose (5) are beyond thrilled to announce the arrival of Goldie Patricia Daly! She was born at 4:08pm (ET) coming in at 8.2lbs & 20 inches long. Go Go and mom are doing great. The Daly family wants to send a special shout out to the incredibly brave & selfless medical staff at our hospital in New York and also the many courageous people on the front lines of this dreadful virus. We thank God not only for the safe birth of our daughter, but for their tireless work attending to so many in need. It is a bittersweet event for us as we are extremely grateful, but also mindful of this unparalleled time in our history. We appreciate your well wishes and ask that you join us in praying for the many suffering around the world. God Bless you all.

I walked @therivieracountryclub when @tigerwoods was 16 during his 1st @pgatour event as a pro. I just graduated HS. Crazy he hasn’t won there yet, be pretty cool to watch him get record breaking W #83 this wk! Bring it full circle. Special place for us So Cal jr golfers. Just watched him tee off on tv. I’ve been lucky enough to play in the @attproam almost every year since 2001. It was always the highlight of my year. Not just for the incredible golf, but because it became an annual (growing) family trip over the years. A very special tradition. Winning it in 2017 was (as I’ve publicly & in front of my kids, stated) the best day of my life. Not just for the golf, but for my pops who (thought me everything I know about life thru the game of golf) & (at this point) couldn’t walk the course like he used to, so next best thing was sitting in the Tap Room at the Lodge, drinking a Cutty & following my progress on his phone (which he could barely turn on) Aside from winning, our family just being together was everything. I cherish every memory in Monterey & God gave us many! We’re grateful. Taking a little time off. The folks are watching from above now, baby #4 is due soon, but we will be tuned in & cheering our Monterey Peninsula pals on this wkend on @cbssports Wishing all our amateur and @pgatour friends good luck!

I feel like this might be a good time to repost this. It was the 1st thing I read that offered me a tiny pause from devastating grief after my mom suddenly passed away without warning or reason. She was taking care of my dad who was sick & died 6 wks later. Something about this stuck w me. It embodied my mom. She never stopped, lived & loved life way too much to die. She’s still here. Everywhere.

When I was 15 I saw Neil Peart from Rush perform & his drum solo literally blew my mind. I would immediately beg my parents for a drum set to which they replied, “get a job!” So I did. Delivering the Santa Monica Evening Outlook newspaper. On my schwinn cruiser. Everyday. Eventually I earned enough to buy a used white 5 piece Pearl I found in the recycler magazine (where I had bought my first of many used surf & skateboards) A kid in Beverly Hills who had grown tired of his set (presumably after about a week was selling his..)They were brand new. Borrowed a friends pick up truck & scooped it up. Best day ever! I couldn’t afford any cymbals so for Christmas that year my folks (proud of the work I’d put in) got me a brand new Sabian ride, crash, splash & hi-hat. Set up on our garage I put on my Sony Walkman (really dating myself here..)blasted Tom Sawyer over & over & over again. (With the fat end of the stick hitting the drum just like Neil) While I would never go onto rocking out in a band, Neil Peart’s incredible talent was a big part of my eventual pursuit to be as close to rock & roll music as possible. Which lead me to radio, KROQ- LA, MTV & beyond. I’m thinking of his family, friends & fans tonight as he passed away in my hometown (where I delivered all those newspapers) and where his influence impacted a young music loving teenager. I’m forever grateful. Rest In Peace brother.

This is THE rock that Neil Armstrong picked up off the surface of the moon & put in his pocket. It is literally the oldest rock on earth. 3.6 BILLION years old. It’s never left a highly secure lunar rock lab in Houston until it visited us @todayshow this am. Looking at something 3B yrs old with the naked eye makes you feel weird inside. Excited! Took the boy to see @twentyonepilots and holy crap it was good. @tylerrjoseph is as good a frontman as I’ve seen. Holding court, singing & rapping like a beast. @joshuadun absolutely shredding drums.
