@rumerwillis : Got back in @markwildman studio the other day with @selkiehom and damn was it a humbling experience. I didn’t realize how much I take my body for granted on a daily basis just expecting it to do so much and get everything right the first time. I had this expectation of where I thought I should be and what i should be able to do even though I hadn’t trained in over 6 months. I really had to pause and allow myself to fail, allow my body to get reacquainted with this form of movement and try my best to release the judgement and frustration I was directing towards myself for not being able to do it all perfectly the first time. So remind yourself everyday be gentle and be kind to your bodies. They do so much for us every second of every day and they definitely deserve some acknowledgement. Let go of any judgement about not being exactly where you want to be and just be thankful for where you are in this moment. #wildmansarmyofwarriorwomen #wildmanathletica
