@zachbraff : I awoke to the news that my Father had passed away in the night. He was my best friend; the reason I am anything I am: an actor, a filmmaker and hopefully a person with a fraction of the kindness and love and passion he had for his fellow man and woman. He used to say, “If you want to be interesting, be interested.” I truly never met another human more genuinely interested in those he loved and those he’d merely just met. He taught me and so many others to celebrate this brief jog on Earth. Off to New Jersey, to honor our beloved Patriarch.
