@mcnaughty : Try this little 16 minute HIIT burner and tell me you donโ€™t feel it afterwards!! ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ’ฅ60 sec BURPEES (10 sec rest) ๐Ÿ’ฅ60 sec HANDSTAND DONKEY KICKS (30 sec each side) (10 sec rest) ๐Ÿ’ฅ60 sec ALTERNATING KNEE PLANK JACKS (10 sec rest) ๐Ÿ’ฅ30 sec TUCK JUMPS ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ1 min REST๐Ÿ˜… REPEAT x 4 ๐Ÿง A quick note re form: itโ€™s sooooo obvious which side I usually kick off from in the Handstand/Donkey kicks!!! I used to do alternating sides during this exercise (mostly because itโ€™s easier! ๐Ÿ™ˆ) but watching this video back has made me realise how important it is to complete a full round of an exercise on one side before switching to the other side. It IS harder; you not only have to concentrate a LOT more on keeping form (as you fatigue more quickly), but youโ€™re also exerting particular groups of muscles to exhaustion (or near enough).
