REPEAT x 4 ๐ง A quick note re form: itโs sooooo obvious which side I usually kick off from in the Handstand/Donkey kicks!!! I used to do alternating sides during this exercise (mostly because itโs easier! ๐) but watching this video back has made me realise how important it is to complete a full round of an exercise on one side before switching to the other side. It IS harder; you not only have to concentrate a LOT more on keeping form (as you fatigue more quickly), but youโre also exerting particular groups of muscles to exhaustion (or near enough).
