@mcnaughty : Finally got around to editing this one! ✅ Had loads of energy the other day and just wanted to bounce around so I created a bouncy/jumpy/explosivey/ouchy workout to suit 😁 Don’t attempt if you need use of your legs in the immediate future! I nearly collapsed when my 4yo decided he wanted a piggy back straight after this one 😫😂😂 60 sec x High knee skipping 🦵🏽🦵🏽 60 sec x Burpee grapevine 🍇 60 sec x Handstand donkey kicks (30 sec each side) 🐴 30 sec x Double unders ⛩ 2 min x Slow Glute Bridge reach back (60 sec each side) 🍑 2 rounds 30 seconds between exercises 1 min between rounds Note: Just for lols, at the end of my workout I decided to try something I’ve seen a few ppl do: the ol’ ‘Hanging-upside-down-from-a-punching-bag-Sit-up’ 🙂 I know my form isn’t pretty (oh hey lower back arch! 👋🏽) but it was fun and I’m def going to add it to my ‘Things I like doing but aren’t very good at’ list, and hopefully one day, it makes it to my ‘Things I f**king smash out like it ain’t no one’s business’ list 👊🏽💁🏽‍♀️🤩 But until then, imma keep at it. 💪🏽 🎵 ‘Nuthin’ but a G Thang’ - Dr Dre
