60 sec x Handstand donkey kicks (30 sec each side) 🐴
30 sec x Double unders ⛩
2 min x Slow Glute Bridge reach back (60 sec each side) 🍑
2 rounds
30 seconds between exercises
1 min between rounds
Note: Just for lols, at the end of my workout I decided to try something I’ve seen a few ppl do: the ol’ ‘Hanging-upside-down-from-a-punching-bag-Sit-up’ 🙂
