@marthastewart : Here's something to brighten up your Tuesday. ☺️ A sunny citrus cheesecake tart with raspberries. 〰️ 📌 Here's the recipe from Culinary Director @tojo827 📋: To make the filling 👉🏼 2 8oz packages cream cheese + 3/4c vanilla sugar + hefty pinch of salt 👌🏼 + zest of one small orange or tangerine 🍊-> cream together until light a fluffy -> add 2 eggs (one at a time) and 1/2 cup heavy cream 🥛 -> add to your favorite blind baked crust and bake @ 325 for 30 minutes -> cool to room temp and then refrigerate until firm -> top with raspberries + orange/tangerine segments + zest ✨
