@marthastewart : In our April issue, we captured three L.A. friends who threw a laid-back Easter brunch that featured a bright, spring menu of seasonal stars and beautiful, painterly florals (arranged to tumble from terra-cotta bowls). 🌸 The creative trio consisted of fashion designer @hmerrick, who hosted the event in her Silver Lake Spanish bungalow, floral designer Kristen Caissie of @mooncanyon, the go-to source for poetic arrangements, and @heathersper, the chef and co-owner of @botanicafood, a buzzy, vegetable-forward spot in town for health-conscious eaters.
