Slow-roasted salmon.🐟 Screenshot, save, and share the recipe! 🤳🏼 📋: salmon rubbed w. chili pwd + cumin + coriander + brown sugar + salt + pepper + lil cinnamon -> drizzle of safflower oil + a few tomatoes -> low oven (around 300 degrees) until the fish is opaque throughout and a pairing knife inserted into the thickest part of the fillet comes out warm to the touch (timing depends on the size of the fillet) -> broil for a second or two to really get that caramelized crust -> great w. corn tortillas + avocado + cilantro + lime + sour cream.
