@marthastewart : As we head into the long weekend, we’ve got summer-ready desserts on our mind! 🍓 Hosting a barbecue? Our culinary director @tojo827 has one dessert that will be the cherry (strawberry?) on top for ending the day’s festivities. 😋 Get his recipe below for these meringue cupcakes with macerated strawberries and whipped cream. 🧁 Take a screenshot, save, and share with friends! 🤳🏼 📋: meringue = two whites + pinch of salt -> whip to soft peaks -> slowly add 1/2 cup sugar -> whip until stiff and glossy -> add a 1/2 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp vanilla -> fold to combine -> transfer to cupcake tin w. paper liners (2 tbs of meringue per cup - make a well in the center of each) -> place in a preheated 250 oven for 60-75 minutes -> turn off oven and allow to cool completely (1 1/2 - 2 hours) -> served w. whipped cream and macerated @harrysberries (tiny bit of sugar + squeeze of lemon).
