@katebosworth : I’ve been away from here a while. . On March 5, my grandmother passed on to the next chapter, the next grand adventure. She loved that word - “grand.” It’s been a difficult few days, though I know she is in a better place. I will miss her terribly. Her wit, her goodness, her arched eyebrow and knowing smile. As a little girl, she instilled in me a true belief in magic. She was an extraordinary story teller, we were all enchanted by her and her mastery of language and the imagination. It’s hard to write anything sufficient really. She was an incomparable human being. An angel on earth and now an angel above. . I love you mum. Thank you for raising me. Into a woman, I feel so proud to be a piece of you. I will carry you with me, always. As my mom says - stay in touch. xo
