@melissajoanhart : No other high-income nation puts up with this level of gun violence. It’s up to us to vote for leaders who will put the safety of our families first. It’s all about national laws... especially because it is a constitutional right. It needs to be regulated on a federal level. Weapons of war need to be banned and removed, and background checks and 2 day waiting periods need to be enforced which should include mental health checks. And if you comment any ridiculous rhetoric about “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” please read what I wrote above again. No one is saying remove 2A!!!!
