@melissajoanhart : A little throwback to simple days before our 7 children on Sabrina when @moonfrye and I thought we were busy.... and thought we were fat! Why do we feel so much pressure to be always smaller than we are? I would give anything to go back to the size I was when I first thought I was getting fat... or even my 40th birthday. I wish someone would’ve said “you look good right here.... stay here and be happy”. Actually I bet someone did and I didn’t listen. But now I realize I have lived a very glorious and full 42 years and my body has done incredible things including birthing 3 big baby boys that I must thank it for! If this is my size when I stay active and get my nutrients and also can enjoy pizza on Friday and share an ice cream with my kids, then I’m content to stay right where I am. I know one thing... when I’m 52, I will wish I was 43 again. So I will enjoy this body with its flaws while it still allows me to run, jump, wrestle my boys, snowboard, and especially heal after all I put it through. ♥️♥️♥️
