@melissajoanhart : Today’s attempt to be #PlasticFree. Invested in a French press (Mark loved the one in our hotel in New Zealand) and using my loose leaf tea instead of tea bags which have plastics in them. Heating up plastics releases toxins that mess with your hormones and endocrine system. So I’m hoping this will be a change for my body💪🏼, my carbon footprint🌱 and my attitude. 😹
