@derekhough : There is a shadow that lives in us all. It’s the voice that questions your worth, looks for fault , looks for blame, pulls others down, lacks compassion, says that you’re not enough. It’s the voice that says give up, with seemingly good reasons to. When we become aware it is not our voice , but the shadows, we have the ability to quiet the voice and step into our Hero. Our truth, our power . But beware, the shadow becomes more clever and aware. With each time you silence the voice, it finds other ways to convince you that what it says is the truth. It wants to survive. Stay vigilant of your thoughts and ask yourself...is this my Hero, or my shadow talking? It becomes very empowering when you are able to distinguish between the two. Ultimately you decide which voice you will to listen to. The SHADOW or the HERO. #hero #shadow
