@katiecouric : Since I’m currently in India, I wanted to do a #tbt today in honor of Jackie Kennedy Onassis’s visit to India! She traveled to India in March of 1962 on a goodwill trip at the urging of the US Ambassador to India to help improve relations between the two countries. She was accompanied by her sister, Princess Lee Radziwill Of Poland. Jackie & Lee traveled to New Delhi, Fatehpur, Sikri, the Taj Mahal in Agra (where I currently am!! 😄) Benares, Udaipur, and Jaipur. When asked how her trip had been going, Jackie said “It’s been a dream.” and I couldn’t agree with her more! Enjoy these iconic images!
