@katiecouric : I had the privilege of meeting President Bush on a number of occasions and interviewing him as well. He was one of the kindest, most elegant and unpretentious people I have ever met. What a life well lived. A life of honor, integrity and purpose in a time when there was deep respect for the presidency no matter where you stood on the issues.
