@cturlington : Boom! One down, four more races to go this year! This photo by @vivianesassenstudio was taken after I completed my 3rd Kilimanjaro Half Marathon in Tanzania last month. Next up is the #bigsurmarathon2019 where I will be running my 9th Marathon for @everymomcounts. This will be my first full marathon on the west coast, and in my birth state of California. I started running with @runteamemc in 2011 to raise awareness and funds to improve access to essential maternity care around the world. Can’t think of a better reason or excuse to train and run than for a cause like Maternal Health and making quality, respectful maternity care more accessible for all. Together, we have made a huge impact since then. With your support, and the support of so many others, we are making a difference in the lives of so many.
