@cturlington : We took in some sights in Delhi yesterday after an incredible first day in the capital of India visiting some sites of our partners @nazdeek and the incredible paralegals they have trained with the support of @everymomcounts. All in the wake of Trumps visit here and the violence that insued during those few days. These paralegals are demanding accountability and access to basic human rights which include bathrooms, healthcare and safe housing. We are headed to Assam to see and learn more about their labor rights work with tea workers over the next few days. This is an important moment in history here as citizenship in under scrutiny and marginalized populations pay the price. Sound familiar? Stay tuned... 🇳🇪
