@rachelzoe : So today is #nationalbossday ..#Boss is title that I have always been uncomfortable with from the first time I was referred to as one. I have never considered myself a boss but rather a team leader surrounding myself with talented dedicated people all working to execute on a dream together 🙏🏻. I feel the need to share my thoughts only because I get asked so often about my role as a CEO/Boss, how I got here and how can young people become a Boss. I can say honestly that it is a challenge every day with so many ups and downs and the very real pressure to not fail or disappoint those you are guiding. I want to advise the young aspiring #bosses that the focus should never be on achieving that title.. it is not a role for everyone. Aim to live out your dream no matter how big..in a position that makes you feel fulfilled and your most confident self.
