@clarencehouse : The Prince of Wales today presided over Investitures at Buckingham Palace, recognising the achievements and services of people from all walks of life. Professor Lubaina Himid received a #CBE for Services to Art. Lubaina won the Turner Prize in 2017. Lynne Jones received an MBE for services to Community Flood Resilience. Lynne has been a leading figure within the community in Keswick, Cumbria, following the flooding that took place in January 2005. Following the flooding, Lynne worked to ensure that new flood defences were delivered in Keswick. Keira Knightley received an #OBE for Services to Drama and Charity. Keira is an actress and has worked with and supported charities including Water Aid and Oxfam. Former cricketer Steven Elworthy was awarded an #MBE for Services to Cricket. Steven played a key role in the delivery and staging of global cricketing events including the ICC Champions Trophy. 📸 PA
