For #worldmentalhealthday, I’m sharing an interview I did with @careercontessa about my own mental health journey — what it’s like to break down... and finally wake up. I experienced a rare form of postpartum after the birth of my second son that has ended up being one of the biggest blessings I’ve ever received. The experience shone a light on everything in my life that needed to change; including the way I take care of my body, soul and mind. I feel super vulnerable sharing this story, but I’m doing it because I want you to know that if you’re struggling, you’re not alone. Don’t be afraid, do get help. It gets better. .
