Why? 🔸 What needs am I meeting by saying yes? What needs am I *not* meeting? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔸 How much of my energy is directed toward things that feel like a burden or obligation? How can I make them feel like less of a burden and/or how I can do them less? 🔸 In terms of where I’m investing my time right now, what brings me the most fulfillment and joy? How can I do more of that? 🔸 What can I say “no” to right now so I can say “yes” to what matters even more? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As I like to remember: How I spend my time is how I spend my life.
