@abbiecornish : Constantly growing and changing as an actor (and as a person) I find this journey to be such a beautiful, deep, and soulful experience every day. Also a really fun one! Thinking back to watching European and independent films as a child, which is where my love for cinema began... and then going to the movies and watching big block busters, feeling blown away by their grandeur and exciting and tantalizing entertainment. Then somehow, miraculously, stepping through the screen and making them. Falling in love with the craft every moment that I am fortunate enough to work within, collaborate, and create. Making films and telly with the people I respect, admire, and sometimes grow to love.... who’s explorative artistic journeys become a guide, a teacher, and an inspiration to me. This is a blessing. I thank you for that. Looking at this photo from #WhereHandsTouch, in which I play Kerstin Schlegel (who you can see here), I am reminded of the passion we have as film makers and the love and dedication we put into them to share with you. Our stories, our world, our history, and our lives. Always grateful for the audience that shares this with us, as these stories are our stories, and these films are our films. Much love.
