@abbiecornish : Monday. The start of a new chapter as I begin my prep for THE VIRTUOSO movie with @anthonyhopkins and @ansonmount. To be directed by Nick Stagliano. I’m so excited to get back on set after working hard on our #Pescan Cookbook with @thefeelgoodkitchen over the last year. It’s time to get back into movie making shape... in my mind, body and soul. I really love my personal prep phase before a film. It’s so intense and transformative. This time, I’ll be letting go of this last year, which was a super intense and challenging year for me (and for a lot of people I know too) eeesh!!... and diving into a healthy routine and headspace that will provide the stability, focus, clarity and the love I need to perform at my best.
