@marthastewart48 : When I take the dogs to the big pool enclosure for a free run I use the Martha dog leads . today Bette Noir did not want to give up her lead she wanted me to put it back on as soon as I removed it I think she wanted to walk and not be put out to run . hard to figure out these complex pets!! By the way for long walks I prefer using a harness to prevent strain in the dogs 'necks and throats
