@jamieoliver : Because my parents ran a pub restaurant, we rarely went out for dinner as a family, but when we did, my old man used to take us out to this one Chinese restaurant where we all fell in love with Peking Duck. We all loved it so much I included my own recipe for it in Jamie's Dinners p102. Jools loves the plum sauce, I love the crispy skin on the duck...haha wow look at that barnet!!!
