#TopTip It's great for freezing so don't be afraid to make too much! Roll your pesto up in greaseproof paper to make a log, then scrunch up the ends like a cracker. Freeze for 2 hours then just before it gets too hard, remove, unwrap and slice into portions, then pop it back in the freezer where it will keep for up to 3 months!
