Here’s what I did today with @lauralizkeller:
-Bulgarian Lunges with arm row (we used a Pilates box instead of a bench for the back foot and 5lb hand weights) 14 reps each side
-Mountain climbers with hands on the box 30 reps
-Modified single leg squats with hammer curl (one foot flat one foot on the ball of the foot) 14 each side
-Alternating box step with knee lift and shoulder press 20 reps
-Forearm plank hold with hip dips for 20 reps, immediately into weight shifts front and back for 20 reps
-Side plank on forearm with top arm “wrap and lift” 20 each side
-20 burpees!
Repeat the circuit two more times for a total of 3 rounds!
