The workout: -Single weight (10lb) chest press on bench or box (12 reps)
-Single weight ab rollup (12 reps)
-Single weight shoulder press (12 reps)
-Combine the 3! Chest press into ab rollup into shoulder press (12 reps)
-Weighted “up and over” lunges on bench or box (12-20 reps each leg depending on height of bench)
-Mountain climbers (30 reps)
