Recreate the moves at home:
12 reps - Weighted squat thrusts
12 reps- Squat with arms holding curl
10 reps- Single arm curl to press
10 reps- Burpees
20 reps- Weighted jumping jacks (I used 10lb weights)
Cardio pyramid:
Reverse lunges
Burpees
