3. Tricep press with palm rotation 10 reps
4. Bicep curls front and side 8 reps

6. 20 ice skaters in 20 jump squats
7. Weighted hip thrusts 12 reps
8. Russian twists 16 reps
9. Banded donkey kick 16 each leg
10. Cardio pyramid is jumping jacks into plank jacks— 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
