Here’s today’s workout:
#1: “Zig Zag Abs” - for 30 seconds (Targets obliques)
#2: “Ballet Burnout” - 30 seconds to your favorite song (Great aerobic movement for fat burn and sculpts upper body!)
#3: “Crazy Legs” - 30 seconds (Targets inner, outer thighs)
#4: “Ab + Knee High Kick” - 30 seconds on one side, then repeat on the other (Great for aerobic heart rate and abs)
#5: “Plié Away” - 30 second hold, pulsing heels up, swaying upper body side to side last 15 seconds. (Targets inner thighs + Butt + obliques)
#6: “Showgirl” - (targets arms + abs)
#7: “Inner Thigh Squeeze Jumps” - perform for 30 seconds (Great for aerobic heart rate and inner thighs)
