Do 20 reps of each move, each side 2x:
#1: “Outer Thigh Toner” - targets outer thigh and glutes (holding 2lb D-Weights, wearing DanceBands on wrists and Sculpt Bands around ankles)
#2: “Up + Down” - targets outer, inner thighs, and shoulders
#3: “Ballet Balance” - targets triceps, abs and leg
#4: “Thigh Twister” - targets inner, outer thighs and glutes
#5: “SexyBack” - targets back and glutes
#6: “SexyBack” - targets back and glutes
#7: “Tricep Tamer” - targets triceps
