#1: 10 weighted sumo squats into 10 pulses
#2: 10 sumo squats with jump
#3: 10 sumo squats into 10 pulses
#4: 10 single leg dead lifts (10 each side)
#5: 10 tap and lung with single arm row
#6: 10 glute activating taps. Squeezing the gluts and abs on the lift
