Quote from Luna Aura: “I wrote this song about somebody who wasn't who they portrayed themselves to be. Someone that would do anything to be the most adored person in the room, but had nothing but bad intentions for everyone else. It's about seeing someone for who they truly are, no matter how hard they try to cover it up.” To me: This song is about staying real. In the song, Luna Aura is basically calling someone out for projecting an image of themselves, rather than showing their true self ('You're too busy building up a world to hide behind.'), presumably using social media. She sees through this person's BS ('I'm always gonna see right through'), and asks if staying high on the social media charts will keep them high in real life. Some food for thought! Congrats guys!
