@rainnwilson : Driving through Salem, Oregon in the “lush, green” Willamette valley - the bread basket of Oregon - the “rainy side” of the mountains - and saw a literal dust storm blowing topsoil away. Apparently it hasn’t rained in over 3 months. Oregon is considered in a dangerous drought and 95% “severely dry”. This is terrifying and unlike anything I’ve ever seen after 50 Years of traveling through and living in the PNW. 2018 is the year that climate change got REAL. #ClimateChange #Science
