@vanderjames : #tbt First magazine photo shoot. I’d used all my season one #DawsonsCreek money to pay off my first two years of college loans and was sleeping on Kevin Williamson’s couch at the time, so my publicist offered his own house for this @people shoot. You ever feel good vibes in a place? 13 years (and a lot of life) later, I rented a house mostly because it reminded me of that one, only smaller. A month after I’d moved in, I came to find out it was the EXACT SAME house... I’d just thought it was smaller because, back when I’d done the photo shoot, my previous residence had been a shared dorm room - so I’d remembered it as huge. I met my wife while I lived there... brought home a baby there... then when we were pregnant with #2 and had to move to a bigger place, I told a friend about it, and she moved in. I’ve since met three other people who’ve lived there, and they all found love, success, babies, or all the above there. Some spots are just kind of magical... and I’m telling you - there’s at least one such place in #LosAngeles
