I love making chia seed pudding my whole family❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chia seeds are mini-powerhouses packing more calcium than milk, more anti-oxidants than blueberries and more omega-3’s than salmon 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All you do is blend chia seeds, milk (I use coconut 🥥) and vanilla extract, then let it set in the fridge. I make a big batch that lasts all week for the whole family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Top with nuts, dried berries or fruit to mix it up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What are your morning go-to’s?
