@stacykeibler : I woke up after the magical healing of Day 1 of the @goop Escapes Retreat feeling refreshed, revived and recharged! Lucky for me, the second day was just as sublime as the first.⁣ 🍃💫⁣ - ⁣⁣ Here is what I did on Day 2:⁣ - ⁣⁣ ✨ A private alignment session with my new soul sister, "body whisperer" @loroxburgh. There is a reason she is called “the body whisperer!” ⁣⁣ ✨ A Chinese medicine inspired attunement facial with Annee @demamielskin. It included breathwork, a meditation and a tension releasing chi-massage.⁣⁣ ✨ A foraging hike in the mountains surrounding @blackberry.mountain on which we made a meal out of what we found.⁣⁣ ✨ A deep tissue massage to end the weekend in a state of release and relaxation. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Then we witnessed the most beautiful sunset. A perfect ending to a magical weekend. ⁣☀️⁣ -⁣⁣ I am sad to say goodbye to this beautiful place and these inspiring people, but excited to take what I have learned and bring it into my daily life.
