@stacykeibler : Being a #momma makes it hard to have a lot of me time 😊 Whenever I get the chance, I love to wind down at the end of the day with an Epsom salt bath. 🛁 Not only does it give me a chance to clear my head and reflect on the day, it also has a ton of health benefits. ✨ Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, which helps the body reduce inflammation, balance enzymes and flush toxins from the skin, our largest detoxifying organ. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Making an Epsom salt bath is really easy! Just add 2-3 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath.
