@jenniferlovehewitt : I just had to take a minute and shoutout to my friend and trainer @leyon. I am so proud of him. He has been in beast mode for over a month now training and pushing himself harder than ever to reach new goals and his new personal best. It has been inspiring and awesome to watch. I appreciate that he pushes us and tells us to want more, work harder and go to new fitness levels but is also willing to sacrifice and show us what it truly looks like.
