Thank you to #NBCUniversal and the festival for shining the spotlight on these up and coming filmmakers whose messages are further connecting our world. THE NBCUNIVERSAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL • Now in its 13th year, the NBCUniversal Short Film Festival is the first and only film festival created and run by an entertainment studio with the mission of discovering diverse voices both in front and behind the camera. Festival alumni include Steven Caple Jr. (“Creed 2”), Hasan Minhaj (“The Daily Show”), Randall Park (“Fresh Off the Boat”) and Simone Missick (“Luke Cage”).
