@katiecouric : I wanted to share this photo of David and Cecil Rosenthal, the two brothers who were killed in the shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue. I’ve received many messages about these two brothers and their family and my new friend Hillary wrote about them in the previous post. They both had some intellectual disabilities but their mom, Joy raised them to be vibrant participants in their community and synagogue. Many have written to me to say they were the kindest and most wonderful people they had ever met and depended on each other so. David was shy and Cecil never met a stranger. We are thinking of them, their mom and sisters Diane and Michelle tonight as well as all the victims. I love my Instagram community and so appreciate those who have ties to SQ Hill and Tree of Life reaching out and sharing their stories and their sorrow. We grieve with you.
