@gabunion : Today’s #WCW is @octaviaspencer. This woman may be the kindest, most sincere woman in the industry. We first met on the set of “City of Angel's” and worked together again on "The Breakup Handbook.” From day 1 her sense of humor and sense of compassion were on full display. Watching her soar has truly been a blessing in my life and the lives of her fans. With each performance, she transforms and creates characters that we love, relate to and root for. Octavia also has been leading the fight for pay equality, and is producing + creating content to put her and her peers to work. She is a treasure, a friend and a steady source of inspiration. She truly is golden. Currently she is in post-production for: Family, Luce, The Voyage of Dr. Do Little (2019) and Ma (2019) and pre-production for: Are You Sleeping, Ascendant..... and all that is just for her acting. As a producer she has 3 films in the pipeline. Wow!!!! Let us lift her up in the light of goodness and hold her there.
