@lavernecox : #transformationtuesday. Gosh the young woman in that first photo. That was taken in the loft apartment in Brooklyn of one of my ex's. It was one of the most toxic relationships I have ever been in and I have been in a few. I was the common denominator in all those relationships. The men I chose were a reflection of what I thought of myself. I have worked my ass off to think more highly of myself, to practice self love in part by whom I choose to have in my life. I am so grateful for the amazing people I have in my life. I am so grateful for the love I have in my life. There's always more work to do on myself but what a spiritual transformation! A day at a time. Feeling so reflective as this year ends. #TransIsBeautiful
