60 sec x broad jumps
4 x chins
60 sec x broad jumps
3 x chins (not shown)
60 sec x tuck jumps
3 x chins (not shown)
60 sec x handstand mountain climbers
60 sec x tuck jumps (not shown)
60 sec x handstand mountain climbers (not shown)
60 sec rest between exercises = approx 18 min total workout time.
I then spent a solid 10 mins stretching as I knew this one would hurt A LOT over the coming days!!! 😵😵😵 🎵 ‘All Night’ - @example (If you haven’t seen the vid for this one it features some crazy girl dancing in her undies so check it out 😜)
