I did this workout while Ennio was napping and Van was watching Return of the Jedi. THANK GOD FOR BRIBES... OOPS I MEAN, TELEVISION πΊ
I didnβt use a timer, I just counted my reps and allowed myself minimal rest between exercises to ensure it was a proper HIIT sesh!
- βU jumpsβ (L leg jump lunge / R leg jump lunge / squat jump ππ½ repeat x 6 times or 18 jumps in total)
- Bulgarian split squat to high knee drive ππ½ 10 each leg
- Burpee to Tuckjump ππ½ x 10
- Mountain climbers ππ½ x 50
- Drop squat touchdown jumps ππ½ x 20
- Squat jump hip thrusts ππ½ x 20
- Ice Skaters βΈ ππ½ x 30
- Donkey kick to 90 degree ab kick out ππ½ 7 each leg
Repeat xβπ½if youβre feeling lazy, or x βπ½ if you donβt plan on trying to sit down tomorrow π
